The location is excellent. The hotel is near two malls, convenient for shopping. The room was clean and quiet, I slept well. The food was amazing and I really enjoyed it.
The price is very expensive for what the hotel offers. That surprised me, I hope they revise their rates to better match the value.

The staff treated me very nicely. They were always available and courteous, especially when I had questions. Mrs Nihan offered a hospitality drink upon my arrival, a nice gesture. The receptionist chose a room with a good view.

adequate stay, but some issues
ineffective acbalcony lock
I was disappointed by the ac. it was not effective, and the room became uncomfortably hot during the day. the broken balcony lock also let in a lot of street noise. This made it difficult to relax in the room. breakfast service felt below average for this kind of hotel.
