Excellent Stay!
excellent location quiet room amazing food
The location is excellent. The hotel is near two malls, convenient for shopping. The room was clean and quiet, I slept well. The food was amazing and I really enjoyed it.
The price is very expensive for what the hotel offers. That surprised me, I hope they revise their rates to better match the value.

The staff treated me very nicely. They were always available and courteous, especially when I had questions. Mrs Nihan offered a hospitality drink upon my arrival, a nice gesture. The receptionist chose a room with a good view.

adequate stay, but some issues
ineffective ac balcony lock
I was disappointed by the ac. it was not effective, and the room became uncomfortably hot during the day. the broken balcony lock also let in a lot of street noise. This made it difficult to relax in the room. breakfast service felt below average for this kind of hotel.

fruit selection breakfast service attentive staff
The breakfast included many options. Fruits, pancakes, and cheeses were available. Staff members Melek and Simge were very attentive. The hotel is close to a mall. This made shopping convenient.

the staff were attentive. cleanliness standards were really good! safety measures are in place. i had convenient access to shopping destinations near the hotel. beautiful views of the city and the sea enhanced the whole experience.

my room was always in pristine condition because of the excellent housekeeping service. the room design was modern and functional. the bed was very comfortable.

the breakfast offerings at the hotel were abundant with a wide array of choices! the breakfast buffet rivals those in las vegas. the chef provided a hot vegetarian option just for me. the food was AMAZING!!!
